Alchymedes

Alchymedes is a 5-reel, 4-row, 60-payline video slot featuring bidirectional gameplay, spreading Wilds, the Level Completion Multiplier, and random feature bonuses.

Gameplay

Paylines count in both directions in Alchymedes. Wins are tallied from both the right and left directions as long as they begin with an outer reel.

Each level has 20 symbol locations. When a winning combination occurs on a location, it will be marked with a golden background. The primary objective of the game is to advance through the levels unlocking bonuses and prizes along the way. A level is completed when a winning payline has occurred over all 20 positions in a level.

Spreading Wilds

Alchymedes features as spreading Wild that will create a different pattern on each game level. The spreading pattern for the current level is displayed in the green fluid on the side of the playing area. There are more than 15,000 possible patterns. A pattern remains the same until the next level is reached. With the random feature bonus, the pattern size can increase up to 2 additional locations.

Level Completion Multiplier

Each level begins with the player at a 1x multiplier. The multiplier will randomly increase 1 – 5x on each spin and can reach a maximum multiplier of 100x. The multiplier is only applied to the win that completes a level.

After each level, the player is presented with the Alchemist Scales where they pick from Wild or Multiplier potions. Selecting the Wild potion increases the Wild pattern potential (green) and the Multiplier potion (red) increases the multiplier potential.

Random Feature Bonuses

After the Alchemist Scales has been chosen, one of several features may be awarded at random:

• Coin Win: This win of 100 – 2000 coins can be awarded randomly at the end of a level.
• 2x Starter: The next level will begin with a 2x multiplier.
• 3x Starter: The next level will begin with a 3x multiplier.
• 1 Extra Pattern: One additional symbol will be added to the spreading Wild pattern for the next level.
• 2 Extra Patterns: Two additional symbols will be added to the spreading Wild pattern for the next level.
• Rapid Multiplier Growth: When this is activated, the multiplier will increase on each spin regardless of the outcome of any spin.
