Depending on how quickly we receive your documents, a KYC Check is typically completed within 24 hours. However, due to the high volume of documents we receive, there may be delays in verifying your account, so we ask you to remain patient while we undertake your review.

If you have not received notification of your account verification after a few days of uploading your documents, you can enquire via Customer Support through email or our Live Chat facility.
