How can I check if I already have a Wildz account?

Not sure if you’ve previously signed up with Wildz? A quick way to check this is by clicking ‘Forgot your password?’ on the main login screen. Here, enter your phone number and hit ‘Reset’. If this number is registered to an existing Wildz account, you’ll receive an automatic SMS with details on resetting your password.

If you’re still unsure whether you already have a Wildz account, you can contact Customer Support to resolve the matter. We advise doing this instead of opening a brand new account to prevent potential account duplication, which may cause issues.
