Will I lose any winnings if my internet connection fails?

You may sometimes experience an outage in your internet connection to our servers. If this ever happens mid-game, your playing session will be saved at the point your connection was lost. Note that all game sessions are logged at Wildz, so you can resume exactly where you left off.

If your connection returns but the game fails to restart, try refreshing your web browser.

Note that any winnings due to you are credited automatically, even if the connection goes down during a game round or bonus feature. In either instance, all remaining spins in the round will play out to a conclusion.
